You are not alone. Many mothers struggle with these same questions.
My name is Amy Peterson. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a Bachelor of Education from The University of Texas. I have worked with families professionally since 2001. My goal is to help moms feel happy and confident, and to help babies grow nice and chubby. In my private practice, I work with many mothers who struggle to make enough breast milk. Of course we address how to make more milk. But we also talk about what to feed the baby in the meantime. That's what my BabyMilkGuide is all about.
I am co-author of Balancing Breast and Bottle, and a host of tear-off sheets about breastfeeding, selecting a bottle or pacifier, bottle pacing, preparing and using formula, and more. I teach about breast and bottle feeding at conferences throughout North America. To learn more about how to feed your baby, head on over to BreastandBottlefeeding.com. But to learn about what to feed your baby, you're in the right spot. |
I can help you several different ways.
